A patient office has been opened at the YTHS office in Lahti. The office is located in the premises of General and Mental health at Niemenkatu 73, 2nd floor. The office is open Mon-Wed from 12:00 to 13:30. 

The patient office serves students who are entitled to use YTHS services. During office opening hours, students can e.g. pick up agreed prescriptions and certificates, and deliver requested documents. 

In addition, foreign degree students can apply for a temporary CallSign ID to use the Self online service when they are still waiting for an official social security number. When applying, one must bring a passport or other identification document.

The patient office does not make appointments or assess the need for treatment. In this case, students contact the YTHS care need assessment and appointment booking by calling or chat.
