Electronic access card - Lahti

NiemiCampus in Lahti is a one campus area with two entrances - Mukkulankatu 19 and Niemenkatu 73.

Note! If you are coming to take the Exam-examination (Exam-visit service) at the Lahti campus, please see the access card instructions for Exam visitors on Lahti Campus - Exam halls -page.

We strongly recommend you to order your student/key card immediately through the website of the Student Union KOE.

Please note that you need a finnish personal identity code when ordering the key card. More information about registration of a foreigner in the Population Information System is available on web pages of Digital and Population Data Services Agency.

You can either join the student union KOE and get the student card which gives you student discounts but also works as a key card at https://member.koe.fi/ or just the key card at https://kortti.jasrek.fi/en/koe//.

To make the order, you need your student number which can be found from the online student registration system Peppi once you have activated your LUT ID. You can get your user ID to LAB systems from https://id.lut.fi.

Note! The electronic keycard is only ordered once. The same card is valid throughout your studies. You can also later update the student benefits on the keycard. Please contact us then koe@koe.fi

You will receive an email when the card has arrived to the Student Union KOE's member service unit (M19_A141), see opening hours at KOE's website. It is very important that you order your card as soon as possible because of the delivery time. Please notice that during the orientation week, you will be able to get into the campus without your card. Please note, August and September are the busiest time for the delivery of access cards, so please wait patiently for the arrival notification.

More details can be found from the Student Union’s website at https://www.koe.fi/
