Group working rooms for students

The facilities will be opened for booking two weeks in advance, please remember to cancel your booking if you do not need the room.

The facilities of student union building

The group work rooms for 4-6 people in the student union building (13 rooms) are on the 2nd floor and can be reserved from 7.00 to 22.00 but are open 24/7.

Rooms in library for students (2nd floor, library basement)

Can be reserved from 6.00 until 24.00.

Rooms have two computers, six chairs and a table for four.

Study facilities

  • Outside of the opening hours, you can enter the library with your magnetic key.
  • 7th building's lobby area and meeting tables can be also used when campus is open. Enter by using your magnetic key. When the library is closed, please use the route via the 7th building: from Gallery lobby to 7th building and then up to the 4th floor and towards the library.

Meeting rooms

Staff meeting rooms which students have access to. Students can check availability and reservation status from the screen outside of the room. Students can’t make reservations, rooms are meant only for studying.
