Use the Study Search website to search courses that LAB offers. You can look for specific course implementations and their details or search for courses that are offered for example online. Actual course enrolment is done in Peppi but you can use the study search website as a guide when planning your studies in LAB.

How to use the study search

The default language of the study search website is Finnish but you can use the English version of it by clicking the "in English" button on the right side of the page.

If the page is still blank, please re-click it so that a list of search filters and courses will appear on the page.

Search filters

You can narrow down you search by using search filters found from the left side of the page or you can use the search bar alone.

Once you have selected one or more filters to you search, you can see them listed under the search bar. You can remove them one-by-one by clicking the x-mark on the filter or remove all of the by clicking the "Remove filters" button on the right side of the page.

Once you are happy with your search criteria, you can tap the address bar of the page and copy the URL for later use. Next time you use the URL, the study search website will automatically search course implementations with your previously chosen filters.

Search results

The study search website will give you results depending on your chosen filters. If you know the name of the course you are looking for and write that to the search bar, the page will list all of the course implementations with that name.

By clicking the name of the course implementation you will see the basic information of that course implementation. You will need the course code when you add the course implementation to your studies in Peppi.
