The aim of the LUT & LAB Career Services is to support students' smooth transition to the labor market. The target groups are all students from the beginning of their studies until they find their first position from their own field. If needed, the alumni can participate the trainings and counselling for a year after graduating. The job portal is available for alumni permanently.

• JobTeaser Info Bank: If you're searching for information and facts on the employment situation, professions and salaries of our graduates, this is the right place to start from. You will also find information about the Finnish working life and tips to support your employment.
• Find Your Career self-study platform: Practice CV writing, preparing for job interviews, finding jobs, and recognizing your own strengths, among other things. You will also get personal feedback on your job-hunting documents. The service is at your disposal in Moodle 24/7 during your studies.
• JobTeaser job portal: Find ads on permanent positions, part-time jobs, internships and thesis work the employers have wanted to target to our students. You can also find a wide selection of trusted jobs outside Finland's borders from the portal.
• Recruitment events: Create networks to help your work search and learn which employers interest you. In addition to the main events at our campuses, DuuniDay and DuuniExpo, you will also meet employers in other smaller events.
• Trainings, webinars, workshops and group coaching: Develop your job hunting and career planning skills together with other students.
• Personal career counselling: careerservices@lut.fi service email and personal career counselling appointments.
