Peer tutors
Peer tutors support new students by sharing their experiences, knowledge and expertise. In particular, peer tutors provide valuable guidance at the beginning of studies when many students are new to the UAS and to the city. They introduce you to the UAS and its learning environments and help you with questions concerning studies and student life. The peer tutors organize activities to help students to get to know each other and coordinate channels of communication within the student group.
The peer tutors cooperate with teacher tutors and other personnel. The Tutoring Coordinators of LAB University of Applied Sciences train tutors together with Student Union KOE's Tutor Executives. Tutors cooperate with tutor teachers and other staff members.

Class Reps
The Class Reps are chosen to represent their class. They meet once a year under the chairmanship of the degree managers, in addition to which the Class Reps have their own mutual meetings.
- Class Reps collect feedback from their own group (early February-March)
- Class Reps meet under the chairmanship of the degree manager for a feedback discussion of the Class Reps (March-early April). The discussion will start with the previous year 's agenda and it is considered whether the cases have progressed and whether the cases raised in the previous year are still acute.
- Each Class Rep shares their own group feedback. Class Reps summarize the feedback received with a Power Point (or equivalent) presentation. The degree manager pulls the discussion and directs it to be solution oriented. In addition to development targets, successes are also raised in the discussion. The discussions do not focus on individual teachers but look at the whole of lessons, teaching, support services, communication, etc., etc. (March).
- The degree manager summarizes (or delegates) the discussions and the feedback gathered by the team representatives and this summary is discussed in the industry management team and staff meeting.
- The staff meeting will consider what measures will be taken to promote the issues and the measures will be added at the end of the summary.
- A summary will be sent to the Class Reps.
- Summaries of all study fields are discussed in the Eduteam and from there the main areas for development in education, communication, support services, etc. are ensured and it is ensured that the study services, Language Center, communication, It and others receive information.
- The study fields take care to ensure that measures are taken for the agreed development targets, and Eduteam ensures that development ideas for the whole school are implemented.
