The enrollment to courses happens in spring and autumn, when the registration period has started. The enrollment is done through Sisu .

Make sure to sign up for courses on time. After the registration period, you will need permission from the teacher to attend the course.

You can also enroll to courses that are not in your PSP, but this should first be discussed with your teacher tutor.
