Physical well-being

MOVEO's YouTube-channel has recordings of home workouts you can do anytime, anywhere! There is some workouts in English and more is coming so hit that subscribe button. You can also do the Finnish language ones because of clear video instructions.
Are you moving enough? Are you getting enough sleep? How active is your everyday life? Test easily and quickly with the UKK-Institute's application whether your habits correspond to the movement recommendation. The FAQ Institute's evaluate your movement application.

On FSHS’s mental health information page you can familiarize yourself with areas that affect mental health and recommendations on how you can improve your mental health.

With these self-help programs, you can improve your well-being when you worry about your mental health or you have mild symptoms.
- Self-Help Program for Anxiety
  This self-help program provides help with anxiety. Do you have a tendency to worry too much? Do you worry a lot about the future? Do you experience vague feelings of anxiety or restlessness most of the time?
- Self-Help Program for Insomnia
  Are you having trouble falling asleep? Do you wake up in the night and then struggle to get back to sleep? Do you feel restless when you go to bed? Are you worried about not sleeping? Are you looking to better understand insomnia and learn how to improve your sleep?

MIELI Crisis Helpline in English on Fridays 9 am – 1 pm.
Nyyti’s Chat is a place for sharing thoughts, feelings and experiences. Chats will cover subjects surrounding issues that affect student’s daily lives. This group chat is meant for all students over the age of 18. Chat is also anonymous and free of charge. Chats in English on Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm.
