Community space offers students an open environment where they can study, meet others
and participate in activities that support well-being, networking and studying. Community space is open during opening hours when there is staff present.

The community space is located in room 1144, back of the LUT's main lobby.

NOTE: MIELIPiste mental health support walk-in available every Wednesday at 12-15 at FSHS building room 7255 starting October 28.

Community Coffee (09:00 - 10:30)
- Come join us for a relaxed morning with coffee and conversation.
The space will be closed for lunch (11:00 -12:00)
Coordinator Q&A (12:00 - 14:00)
- Ask questions, share ideas and get guidance from the community coordinator.
Get Creative (14:00 - 16:00)
- Beginner guitar lessons and practice.
Open doors (16:00-18:00)
- The space is open for hangout or there maybe guest facilitators or workshops.

Wednesday 09:00 - 18:00

Co-work & Chill (09:00-11:00)
- Study alongside other students in a relaxed environment. We use other techniques like pomodoro to help you stay focused and productive.
The space will be closed for lunch (11:00 -12:00)
Drop in conversation support with Mieli Piste (12:00 - 15:00)
- Pop in for a friendly conversation with Mieli South Karelia Mental health institution.
Get Creative (15:00 - 17:00)
- Two hours of different activities to engage in:
  - Create your own vision board
  - Bookmark making
  - Knitting corner
  - Bracelet making
