MIELI is expanding support for English speakers living in Finland with several new ways to get help during difficult life situations. Our support services have been updated this spring: the English-language crisis hotline that was previously in operation has been closed, but new ways to get support online have been introduced in its place. With this change, we aim to better meet the need for help and offer more flexible support. Our goal is to provide a low threshold for seeking help, ensuring that you can talk confidentially with a crisis worker.
