Exceptional opening hours Summer 2026

• The phone service will be closed from June 18 to July 31, 2026.
   
• Online services will be available throughout the summer, except during the student information system outage in weeks 28–29: July 6–19, 2026. During this time, student customer service will be completely closed.
   
• Student service desks will reopen in week 33, when they will be open on both campuses on Tuesday, August 10, and Thursday, August 12, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
   
• During orientation week 35, the service desks will be open with extended hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
   
• Starting in week 36, the service desks will be open during their regular hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
   

Outage of student information systems in July

The transition to Sisu will cause a system outage lasting from 6th July to 19th July. During that time, no one—not even Student Services—will be able to access the systems to view information, and we will not be able to issue transcripts or other documents. So please plan ahead for your needs regarding these documents.
