Exceptional opening hours Summer 2026

Customer service desks (Lahti and Lappeenranta) and telephone service will be open until 17 June on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 14:00.

Electronic services will be available throughout the summer, except for the outage from 6.-19.7.2026.

Outage of student information systems in July

The transition to Sisu will cause a system outage lasting from 6th July to 19th July. During that time, no one—not even Student Services—will be able to access the systems to view information, and we will not be able to issue transcripts or other documents. So please plan ahead for your needs regarding these documents.
