• Duo MFA
• Forgotten password recovery
• Login issues (Moodle, Sisu, Office 365, LUT-VDI)
• Printer problems and attaching an electronic key/keycard to a printer

Considerations

• Before contacting us, check the instructions related to your IT problem and peek the frequently asked IT questions. In case of login problems, changing the password fixes several errors.
• Campus desks and phone service are closed 1.5.-15.8. and 15.12.-1.1. The exact dates will be announced annually
