Health Care Unit's pop-up for checking criminal records on both campuses

We have updated our criminal record checks. You can now come and check your criminal record at the student customer service offices on the Lappeenranta and Lahti campuses. Anyone whose internship is scheduled for spring 2026 is welcome to come for a check. Only two on campus checking days are organized: 14.1. and 21.1.2026.

You can now come to the campus to have your criminal record checked. It is recommended that you have your criminal record checked well in advance, even if you don't have an internship yet or don't know the exact dates of your internship. Since a criminal record is valid for six months, it is a good idea to get it done early. Please bring a paper or electronic copy of your criminal record and your ID with you.

Criminal record checks on campus are arranged as following:

Lappeenranta: 14.1. and 21.1., 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., LUT and LAB customer service booths, LUT room 2313 (2nd building, 3rd floor)
Lahti: 14.1. and 21.1., 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., customer service point room C205, 2nd floor.
