Students' Welcome Fair at Lahti and Lappeenranta

The Student’s Welcome Fair will take place on Friday 28 August 2026 from 10.00 to 13.00 am at the Mukkula (Lahti) and Skinnarila (Lappeenranta) campuses. The fair is part of the orientation week program. The event is a fair-style event for our new starting bachelor's, master’s and exchange students in Finnish and international programmes (LAB & LUT).

Presenters at the fair will include in-house staff, staff from our support services, service providers from the City of Lahti & Lappeenranta and an external companies from Lahti & Lappeenranta to present and offer their services to our students. Students will be able to attend the fair on their own from 10.00-13.00.

  • Lahti, Mukkula campus: Event arena
  • Lappeenranta: Skinnarila campus: LUT main entrance and Street cafe area
