In Lappeenranta, you need an access key to enter the Exam space. You can borrow the key during office hours on weekdays at the information desk in the main lobby of LUT University or from student customer service (see opening hours). When making a reservation, note the opening hours of the information desk/student customer service, so that you have time to get the access key before the exam. If you are unable to pick up Exam key during office hours, you can ask for a mobile key to access Exam space by sending email to tilapalvelut.lappeenranta@lut.fi .
After the exam, return the access key to the service point where you borrowed the key. Outside of opening hours, you can return the key borrowed from the info desk to the mailbox at the info point, and the key borrowed from the student customer service to the mailbox next to the customer service door.
The mobile key is valid for the exam day. There is a storage locker reserved for phones in the Exam space. Make sure that the phone is turned off before placing it in the locker.
