Are you interested in supporting fellow students during the transition to a new study information system? Is Sisu already familiar to you – or would you like to learn how it works? Now you have the chance to take on a key role!

We are looking for Sisu Ambassadors in Lahti and Lappeenranta.

We expect that you:

• Already know Sisu to some extent from earlier experience, or
• Are eager to explore the new system and learn how to use it.
• Want to advise and support other students in using Sisu.
• Want to help improve the student experience at LAB.
• Can guide and communicate in both Finnish and English.

There are 16 positions available in total — 9 in Lahti and 7 in Lappeenranta. We will divide responsibilities by study fields 4 ambassador/field, and we hope to receive applications from students from every faculty.

How to apply

Send a motivation letter to mirva.tormala@lut.fi by 15 February 2026. In your letter, briefly introduce yourself, share your thoughts about Sisu, and describe your language skills. You may write the letter in two languages if you wish.

The compensation is 15 €/hour. The total workload per ambassador over the year is approximately 25–35 hours.

Training for the role will be organized during March, once the ambassadors have been selected
