Appeal procedures pertaining to grading

You are entitled to receive information on the grading principles applied to your study performance and you have the right to view your evaluated and graded written work or work that has been recorded in another format.

If you are not happy with the grading of your study performance, studies carried out elsewhere or competence demonstrated otherwise, you can request a revision of the grade either in writing or orally from the teacher who graded the work or the person who decided on the recognition of studies completed elsewhere.

Appeals on grading must be lodged within 14 days of the date when the grade was made available to you.

If you are not happy with the decision on your appeal, you may lodge a further appeal with the Degree Board within 14 days of the receipt of the decision.
