Discover, Connect, and Network with Employers in the Lahti Region!

Around 25 local companies are participating in this program, all looking to connect with students and discover Future Talents during their studies. The program offers events where you can network and get to know the companies, as well as company excursions. These companies are also collaborating with various study programs through projects and guest lectures.

Collaboration between universities and companies allows students to network and connect with potential future employers during their studies. The Future Talents Lahti program is a project that helps students' employment after graduation, and the aim is to retain students in Lahti region. This program lasts until the end of 2028.

Each year, companies in the program offer hundreds of internship, summer job, and thesis opportunities.
