LAB University of Applied Sciences's peer tutoring is renewed
LAB University of Applied Sciences sees peer tutoring as one of the most important forms of support for starting students, and for this reason invests especially in its development.
From January 2025, LAB University of Applied Sciences will take over the organisation and training of peer tutoring. As a result of the reform, peer tutors will be paid a tutoring fee. LAB has also hired two coordinators to be responsible for peer tutoring.
Peer tutoring will be carried out in close cooperation with teacher tutors and the Student Union KOE to preserve the best parts of student-to-student experience of tutoring.
