To this page we will gather information and materials, which anyone can utilize with their personal well-being.

  • MOVEO's YouTube-channel has recordings of home workouts you can do anytime, anywhere! There is some workouts in english and more is coming so hit that subscribe button. You can also do the finnish language ones because of clear video instructions.
  • You can find information and materials in english about mental wellbeing of students from Finnish nonprofit organisation Nyyti`s web page
  • Break Pro is a break exercise application that you can start using free of charge with your computer and/or mobile phone when studying at LAB. Break pro offers automatically short and easy break exercise videos timed by your choice. Short activity breaks during studying will enhanc your productivity and physical well-being. 

Well-being courses

  • The Mental Well-being 3 ects course supports your well-being! The course offers well-being things to think about and it can help you identify opportunities to promote your own mental well-being. You can complete the course in Moodle during spring XX.XX. There are no prerequisites for the course and it is an freely chosen course. Mental well-being 3 ects credits is suitable for all students. Student, please register in Peppi.
