Zoom is a video-conferencing system that is great for web conferencing, webinars, and distance learning. In Zoom, you can chat with text and audio, share files, share your screen view for other participants, vote, or draw on a whiteboard. You can also record the meetings. In teaching, you can divide participants into breakout rooms, where the students will work individually.
When joining a meeting, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom Meeting Client. You can also do this step beforehand by downloading Zoom at https://zoom.us/download. Students do not need a user account for joining a meeting. Check your computer settings at https://zoom.us/test
