The Erasmus Participant Report (EU Survey) is the EU Commission's electronic feedback form, which is sent automatically at the end of the mobility period from the Commission's Beneficiary Module to students to be filled in, provided that the home institution has updated the participants' information in the Beneficiary Module. Completing The Erasmus Participant Report is a student's responsibility in the Erasmus+ programme and, in principle, must be completed by each student. Completion of the report is a condition of the grant.

The Erasmus Participant Report is in two parts for students who have responded in their first report that the recognition is still not completed. One month after the end of the mobility period, students will receive a second report invitation focusing exclusively on recognition. There is no deadline for the recognition section, i.e. it can be filled in at any time when the recognition for study exchange or placement abroad is completed at your home institution. In LAB Mobility-Online the participant needs to confirm that the the Erasmus Participant Report has been received and completed. It is sufficient that the first (mandatory) survey has been completed.
