Peppi - study management system out of use in week 14

Peppi will be out of use for a version update on 3 April 2023 at 8.00 am. The outage will last for about a week, during which Peppi will be completely closed.

Teachers are also unable to take assessments while Peppi is closed. Likewise, the Student Services cannot help with matters relating to the register of students or transcripts.

Please note the following in your spring schedules:

Study certificate and Transcript of records

• During the outage, it is not possible to print study certificates and transcript of records. Please print the necessary certificates for yourself by 31 March.

Students graduating in April

• The application for graduation must be submitted between 18 March at 8.00 a.m. and 14 April at 3.00 p.m.
• Please make sure that all possible assessments are marked in Peppi before the outage.
• If you are unable to complete the AVOP questionnaire, please contact the Student Services at studentservices@lab.fi

Re-exams in April

• Enrollment for the 14 April exams ends 29 March 2023.

Enrollment for summer studies

• Enrollment for summer studies will end on 31 March 2023 at 11.59 p.m.

Course feedback

• If the feedback period ends during the break (3 April - around 10 April), give feedback on open course feedback by 31 March unless otherwise instructed by the teacher.

HopOn -cources

• If you are about to sign up for an implementation with a continuous enrollment period, please do so before the outage.
