Events can be arranged on our campuses and regional units normally without restrictions to the number of participants as long as the organiser follows health security guidelines.
Organisers of events are obligated to prevent transmission risks due to close contacts between people. This obligation aims to increase health security, not ban any events or require specific distances between people. It is up to organisers to assess who they can prevent transmission risks.
In-house staff meetings and events
In-house meetings as usual may be arranged on campus from 2.5. The number of participants in in-house meetings is not restricted. Employees should also have the alternative to take part in internal meetings online in May. We will also start using our open-plan offices at their normal capacities from the beginning of April.
